PhotoScribe Technologies
plans to introduce a Girdle Inscription Viewer that is customer- and
counter-friendly at the upcoming JCK Show, it announced June 1.
The
viewer includes an LCD (liquid-crystal display) screen that eliminates
the need for diamond clients to struggle with an eyepiece. It can
operate plugged in, or via a battery alone. It is available for the
introductory price of $699.
The company is also introducing
“social media jewelry,” stainless steel pendants which allow users to
instantly share Facebook addresses by having friends scan their piece
with a smartphone camera.
