HSBC Bank USA named Jeff E. Pfeffer senior vice president to head the company’s Diamond and Jewelry Practice as part of it’s Middle Market lending group.

Pfeffer previously served as senior vice president and department head in middle market lending at Bank Leumi USA, where he oversaw a specialized lending group servicing the diamond and jewelry industry in the United States. He joined Bank Leumi USA in 1985.

Prior to joining Bank Leumi, Pfeffer worked at Citibank, N.A., National Bank of North America, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
