Peter Smith, a former executive with Hearts On Fire, Leo Schachter, and Tiffany & Co., has been named president of New York City–based Vibhor Gems.
Vibhor specializes in machine-set bands and fine jewelry.
Smith is the author of Hiring Squirrels, an oft-cited book on recruiting salespeople.
