Perry’s Fine, Antique & Estate Jewelry has been named one of Charlotte, N.C.’s top family businesses and the top business with 21–50 employees by the Charlotte Business Journal.
The inaugural Family Business Awards, which took place March 23, recognized family-owned businesses that exhibit overall excellence, innovation, ethics, philanthropy, and contributions to the region.
Ernest and Priscilla Perry founded Perry’s 1978. Today the business is run by the Perrys and their daughter, Hadley Perry, who serves as vice president. The elder Perrys attribute an increase in bridal and custom sales at the store to their daughter’s understanding of millennials and bridal consumers.
