The Eastern High Court in Copenhagen has acquitted Pandora on charges of breaching Denmark’s Securities Trading Act.
The case dates from 2011, when the charm manufacturer adjusted its revenue growth downward on Aug. 2, two weeks prior to announcing its second quarter results. In December 2014, a district court found that Pandora should have announced the projections on July 18, 2011. Pandora appealed the ruling.
The verdict will have no impact on Pandora’s outlook for 2016, it said.
