The Palm Beach Show Group has named Jaime Kantor (pictured) its new chief operating officer.
She replaces Dale Chlumsky, who will continue to be involved as a company consultant and adviser.
A New Jersey native, Kantor moved to South Florida and began work at the Palm Beach Show Group as a sales assistant in 2008. She was soon promoted to executive exhibitor development manager.
Palm Beach Show Group produces high-end events for the art, antiques, and estate jewelry markets.
“Jaime is an experienced and trusted leader on our team,” said Scott Diament, president and CEO of the Palm Beach Show Group, in a statement. “I am confident in Jaime’s ability to lead the company in an innovative direction that will bring a new experience and luxury emphasis to our shows.”
Kantor said in a statement that “the Palm Beach Show Group has been a second home for me. I value my coworkers and exhibitors, and I’m looking forward to refining and cultivating impactful changes to the Show Group’s events.”
