Margaret Locke, who owned and operated James Locke Jewelers in East Liverpool, Ohio, with her husband, James, died July 20 at age 91.
Locke and her husband founded their store in 1955. She served as vice president and secretary until her husband’s death in 2003. Locke ran James Locke Jewelers with the help of her sons until the store closed early in 2013.
Locke is survived by sons James and Keith of Rochester, N.Y., and Belmont, N.C., respectively, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
