The New York State Jewelers Association recently held its first educational meeting in Albany, N.Y.
The event featured sales expert Shane Decker, president of Ex-Sell-Ence Sales Academy, discussing “How to Improve Closing Ratios.” More than 50 NYSJA members were in attendance. After positive feedback, NYJSA announced that it will reinstitute educational seminars.
“NYSJA is able to bring nationally known speakers to our members,” Mike Wilson, NYSJA’s new president, said in a statement. “We know how much a good speaker can help jewelers improve their businesses and profitability.”
