The immediate-delivery show will take place at the Tropicana

As jewelry week kicks off in Las Vegas, a welcome number of changes await the industry now arriving there. Perhaps one of the most notable ones is the new JIS Exchange: a trade-only jewelry event dedicated to retailers looking to take immediate delivery of finished jewelry on the (highly secure) show floor. With jewelry product from all categories available, the new JIS Exchange can be found at the remodeled Tropicana Las Vegas, in partnership with JCK, June 3–6.

Bringing four decades of trade show experience from its Miami Beach events, JIS (Jewelers International Showcase) is presenting this dedicated at-show delivery event to the delight of industry retailers. “I love JIS Shows. They are intimate and the variety of vendors is A+,” said Akbarali Aziz of A.K. International in a press release. “Every exhibitor that participates is highly motivated to build relationships, and I love it. It is a must-attend show for anyone in the jewelry industry. I am very excited about attending the brand new JIS Exchange in Las Vegas—it will be my first stop when I arrive.”

Featuring two full floors of more than 100 hand-selected exhibitors from JCK, JIS Miami, and beyond, JIS Exchange takes the place of the former Exchange neighborhood held at JCK Las Vegas, which offered cash-and-carry merchandise. JCK Las Vegas is now a dedicated order-writing show: Many of the industry’s favorite exhibitors specialize in at-show delivery, including but not limited to Americas Gold, William Lam, SimplexDiam, Sterling Forest, Comex, and more now be found at JIS Exchange.

“We are thrilled to give retailers what they’ve been asking for and provide at-show delivery exhibitors with a dedicated home base during Las Vegas jewelry week,” said JIS industry vice president Jordan Tuchband in a press release. “Immediate delivery is a must in the world of changing fashion trends and inventory ebbs and flows. A show like JIS Exchange gives every retailer type the chance to stock their stores with these immediate on-trend products.”

Both JCK and JIS Exchange are offering immediate show-floor access to attendees with a badge from either show, eliminating the need to wait in line at each property for a new badge. The dedicated and complimentary JIS Exchange Express Shuttle will run a continuous loop between the Tropicana Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay Convention Center throughout each show day, and Lyft ride share service is also stationed at the shuttle location (to obtain a $50 credit for first-time users of the rideshare app, use code JIS16). Also located at the shuttle drop-off/pick-up is JIS Street Eats, a food truck lineup providing a fun and delicious lunch experience.
