Neiman Marcus Group executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer Donald T. Grimes has departed, the company announced in an SEC filing.
The filing says that “Mr. Grimes’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter related to the registrant’s operations, policies, or practices” but does not elaborate further.
According to LinkedIn, Grimes joined the retailer in 2015.
