These designs prove you don’t need gemstones to be beautiful
No feature of any given jewel elicits the same response from people quite like a gemstone: be it a major diamond, a rare gem, a pairing or group of gemstones. It’s a natural response to be so taken by the beauty nature has given us (maybe with a little help from man, in terms of cut or treatment, but you know what I mean). But that’s why I think it’s all the more amazing when jewelry can stun a person sans gemstones. Said pieces might not get quite the same reaction as, say, a 15 ct. diamond ring (nor will it require a bodyguard at a red carpet event or elsewhere), but those with a keen eye will quickly be able to summon an appreciation for its artful detail, its ability to stand out with no help from the entrancing glitter or color of a stone. Pieces like these ones make their mark solely through a clever use of metal, from contrasting pairings to cutouts, textures, and finishes. Ideal for everyday wear and also wonderful for gifting, these jewels will appeal to a wide range of audiences.
