The board of directors of The Swatch Group Ltd. has
unanimously appointed Nayla Hayek chairwoman of the board. She’s the daughter
of Swatch Group founder and chairman Nicolas Hayek, who died of heart failure
June 28.
Nayla Hayek had been vice president of the board and was active
in various operational functions during the last few years.
