The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) has named the winners of the 2014 Howard Rubin Educational Foundation Scholarship.
Heidi Harders of Chicago and Kathleen Marino of Rochester, Minn., are this year’s recipients. Both women are Graduate Gemologists (GG) and members of NAJA—Harders since 1996, and Marino since 2013.
The scholarship is given each year to two NAJA members, one experienced and one novice, and provides attendance to the World of Gems Conference IV in Rosemont, Ill., in September.
