The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers has appointed Martin D. Fuller as its national secretary.
Fuller replaces Howard Rubin, who passed away earlier this year. He is the founder and president of Martin Fuller Appraisals and Fuller & Associates, located in McLean, Va.
In his new role, Fuller will represent NAJA at the Appraisal Foundation and Industry Advisory Council.
