MVI Commits to Space in WJC

MVI Marketing Ltd. is the latest company that has signed a letter of intent to buy an office condominium in the new World Jewelry Center in Las Vegas. The 60-plus story tower and adjacent retail center dedicated to the global gem, jewelry, and watch industries is scheduled to open in 2010.

Paso Robles, Calif.-based MVI Marketing, which provides market intelligence for the worldwide gem and industry, is doing public relations and marketing for the WJC. The move will include MVI’s Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council division, an Internet-based sampling panel of jewelry consumers in North America.

The project is being developed by Robert Zarnegin of Probity International Corp. Beverly Hills, Calif. The company develops Class-A office, hotel, retail, industrial, and residential properties in the U.S. and abroad.  It’s best known project include The Peninsula Beverly Hills, 660 Madison in New York, and the Brentwood Financial Plaza in Los Angeles.
