Movado Group has appointed Debbie Forman-Pavan president of sales for North America.

She takes over from Alan Chinich, who is retiring after 19 years with Movado. He will remain as a company adviser until his retirement at the beginning of July.

Forman-Pavan previously served as chief commercial officer for the fashion and performance division of Renfro Brands, where she managed multiple hosiery businesses, including its Ralph Lauren line. Before that, she was an executive vice president of the accessories division at Global Brands Group, where she oversaw such brands as Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, and Kate Spade.
