Kennith Johnson will become the new Chief Fiancial Officer for the Movado Group Inc., a manufacturer and retailer of luxury watches. He will replace Ken Adams.

The Lyndhurst, N.J.-based company said in a release that Adams ‘has made the decision to pursue other opportunities.’

Kennith Johnson was most recently CFO of Precise International, a privately held manufacturer, distributor and importer of watches, jewelry, and cosmetics.
