MJSA, the Association for Jewelry Makers and Designers, has launched a new online learning program, MJSA Online Learning.

The program is sponsored by the MJSA Education Foundation and supported by a grant from the JCK Industry Fund. MJSA members and nonmembers can pay a fee to participate in live webinars or purchase videos of the sessions later. 

There have been two webinars so far, both presented by Andrea Hill, the owner and CEO of Hill Management Group and StrategyWerx. 

In the first, Better Subcontracting for Jewelry Makers and Designers, Hill explained how to develop relationships with subcontractors. In the second, Getting Lean for the Small Jewelry Maker or Designer, she taught the Lean Management 5S concept for running a business as efficiently as possible.

Edited videos of both webinars are available for purchase at the MJSA Online Learning page, which will also be updated with upcoming webinars.
