The annual show, which takes place in March, will focus on the future of design and manufacturing
The Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America (MJSA) has released the schedule for the 2016 MJSA Expo.
The expo, which will take place March 13–15 in New York City, features seminars and exhibitors.
The show’s opening sessions will focus on the future of jewelry design and manufacturing. Andrea Hill of StrategyWerx will moderate two sessions on March 13. The first will focus on advancements in design, including virtual sculpting, while the second session will focus on manufacturing trends, including 3-D printing.
Other sessions will include live demonstrations from designers, including Joel McFadden of Joel McFadden Designs, who will demonstrate how to set bezels and channels, and Rémy Rotenier of Rémy Design, who demonstrate freehand sketching.
