The Mid-America Jewelers Association has honored its longtime executive director, Adriana Sfalcin, with its Legend Award.
Sfalcin, of Dublin, Ohio, is the first non-jeweler to receive the honor.
The group’s board of directors gives the annual award to a person who displays professionalism and leadership in the jewelry industry, demonstrates business excellence and positive ethics, and makes enduring contributions to the overall mission of the association and its jewelry show.
“Adri makes the show a success,” said Patrick Pugh, a Zanesville jeweler and president of the association, in a statement.
