Madhuri Parson loves the look of Jadau style—beautifully executed 22k and 24k gold pieces with bezel-set diamonds and enamel—but realizes those price points aren’t necessarily within reach for everyone. Enter her Jadau jewelry collection with uncut rock crystal quartz.
“We kept the surfaces matte and smooth, and are using 18 karat gold with 22 karat gold bezels to keep the price down,” she explains. “This style is part of my heritage—I come from Jaipur, and 80 percent of my jewelry is made there.”
She debuted the 12-piece collection in the past year, offering styles like hoops, bands, and rivière necklaces. Plus, the colorless rock crystal really pops against the 22k gold. To date only Moda Operandi carries the collection, and no buy-in exists. Retail prices start at $2,250.
“This is for an international women who wants a unique look that is versatile,” adds Parson. “Any of these pieces will easily move from day to evening with a subtle elegance.”
