Globalization is playing a role in the strategy of MACEF, the international jewelry trade show held annually in Milan, Italy, reports the German language trade magazine Goldschmeide Zeitung.
Next autumn, MACEF will hold a jewelry trade show in Moscow from Nov. 5 to 8, 2001. The Italians have high hopes, says the report, that the show will provide a good foothold for “the conquest of the Russian market” with Italian styles and designs in jewelry, silverware, tabletops and interior decoration.
