LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton announced October 23 that it
now holds 14.2 percent of the shares capital of Hermès International.
The company plans to be a long-term shareholder of Hermès.,
but stated it has no intention of launching a tender offer, taking control of
Hermès or seeking board representation.
