Levinson Donates Earrings for JAFCO Auction

Levinson Jewelers, Plantation, Fla., will be the exclusive live auction jewelry sponsor for the Jewish Adoption Foster Care Options’ main charity event at the Ritz Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale, on Nov. 22.

“Levinson Jewelers is extremely excited and proud to be involved with this amazing event,” said Mark Levinson (pictured with his wife, Robin), co-owner of Levinson Jewelers. “As longtime supporters for JAFCO, we believe that giving back to the community is always a priority, and it is an honor to donate such an exquisite item that we helped to create to benefit this amazing charity.” 

Levinson Jewelers will donate a pair of earrings, retailed at $25,000, which will be auctioned off during the JAFCO gala—all proceeds will benefit JAFCO. The earrings (pictured) were designed specifically for this auction by Levinson Jewelers and designer Barry Kronen, who specializes in modern-meets-vintage inspired jewelry. The unique earrings are handmade with two rare translucent octagon rose cut diamonds that are a natural yellow color and weigh 4.37 cts. These marvelous stones are set in 18k white and yellow gold and are surrounded by individual bezel-set natural white and cognac colored diamonds, adding an extra sparkle to the delicate design.

Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options, Inc. is a nonprofit agency established in April 1992. It provides an programs and services for at-risk children and their families, including Family Preservation/Case Management Services; Foster/Adoptive Parent Recruitment, and MAPP Training and Licensing/Homestudy.
