Leo Wolleman, Inc. will open an office in Hong Kong to create gemstone solutions for manufacturing jewelers.
The New York-based company specializes in coated topaz, quartz, peridot, garnet and more than 40 colors of lab created colored gemstones cut to customer specifications.
“Our Hong Kong office is a natural progression for our firm,” Says Todd Wolleman, grandson of the founder. “We have witnessed a huge growth in interest in our products worldwide, especially coated topaz and quartz stones. Our ability to drop ship will help our clients to maintain control over their costs and quality.”
Leo Wolleman has had a satellite office in Bangkok since 2003. Leo Wolleman, Inc. has been cutting mine direct, calibrated fashion gemstones since 1925.
The new facility will open Sept. 1 at Room 3, 13/F, Peninsula Square Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
