The Spectrum and Cutting Edge Awards are presented annually by the American Gem Trade Association to designers who distinguish themselves as trend setters.
The deadline to enter the 2003 competition is fast approaching. Applications are due Sept. 27. Winners will receive their award at the AGTA Dance and Awards Gala, Feb. 8, 2003, during the AGTA Tucson GemFair in Tucson, Ariz.
