Lashbook, a manufacturer of men’s performance and precious metal bands, has bought the assets of its former competitor Fable Designs.
Fable went into bankruptcy in September 2013 and was sold at auction on Feb. 3.
Draper, Utah-based Lashbrook said it plans to offer Fable’s proprietary styles.
