Las Vegas Show Coverage: Show Me Your New Pieces, and I’ll Share Them With Blog Readers

Requests for appointments are pouring in for Couture and JCK Las Vegas, as excitement grows for the most important week of jewelry trade shows in North America. In an effort to help designers/manufacturers and retailers connect and prepare for efficient shopping efforts, I’ll once again post images of new pieces that will be available for wholesale purchase, along with booth numbers of vendors, on this blog. If you wholesale your jewelry to stores and will be exhibiting at any of the shows in Las Vegas in the last week of May/first week of June, you are welcome to email me images of the following for possible use on the blog in May:

—One or two low-resolution digital images of single pieces of jewelry shot on white backgrounds that will be debuting at any of the Las Vegas shows (also tell me your booth number)

—An explanation of the exact metal type (14k gold or 18k gold-plated brass) used, as well as the carat weights (no mm sizes) of all stones, a description of the exact type of any pearls used, and suggested retail prices for pieces as shown

—Reread this list to ensure you send everything requested; failure to do so will result in no coverage

And if you want to see coverage, make sure you sign up to receive our daily electronic newsletter, or set up a Google Alert so you’re automatically notified when your company is given exposure. It is not possible for us to email you personally when your company or client receives coverage.

Last year, a number of featured artists got booth visits (and new buyers) as a result of being featured on this blog, so I encourage all those who make jewelry for wholesale purchase to take advantage of this editorial (no-cost) opportunity and possibility of connecting with jewelry store owners.

The Style 360 blog is your editorial source for the newest jewelry, trends, market analysis, trade show insights, designer profiles, and more.
