Joyce Manning Magrini resigned Monday from her position as executive vice president of administration for Finlay Enterprises, Inc., according to an SEC filing.
Magrini also resigned from her position as executive vice presidentof administration Finlay Fine Jewelry Corporation.
Magrini’s resignations are effective as of October 23rd.
