JIS Announces Rebranded Names For Its Miami Beach Events

Share

JIS has announced newly rebranded names for its annual events held in Miami Beach: JIS Spring—scheduled to occur March 13–15—and JIS Fall, to run Sept. 30–Oct. 3.

Produced around the seasonal buying needs of jewelers and their customers, the rebranding comes as a way to reflect the timeliness of each event—Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduations, and weddings for Spring, and the busy holiday shopping months for Fall.

For the 2022 edition of JIS Spring, more than 200 domestic and international manufacturers, wholesalers, and brands—both established and new—will come together in person, in three specialty pavilions: Galleria, Fine Jewelry, and Silver & Fashion. A dedicated lounge highlighting new products and lines will host an upscale atmosphere of showcases, and retailers will have the ability to choose between immediate delivery allowing for instant stock or placing orders for future shipment. JIS will also host a keynote speaker session as well as multiple networking opportunities.

“Over the last year, JIS buyer registration has increased by an overall 16% domestically and internationally and increased by 75% from the New York metro area, despite the travel challenges surrounding the pandemic,” said industry vice president for JIS Events, Jordan Tuchband, in a statement. “As U.S. borders continue to reopen, we anticipate continued growth in attendance, especially from Latin America. We are excited to welcome retailers from all over the world to one of the first major jewelry buying events of 2022. JIS Spring will provide a curated destination for buyers to discover and restock on timely, spring/summer trend-focused merchandise as well as forge new business connections.”

Registration is now open for JIS Spring, returning to the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla. Visit jisshow.com/spring for more information and to register.
