Despite a slow start to the year (thanks much to Old Man Winter), April felt as if it just floated on by, with roller-coaster weather and a few holidays in between.
Many have been busy planning for their annual visit to Las Vegas, and many more have spent their month worrying about how they’re going to confront rising gold prices. But that hasn’t stopped the influx of diamond jewels to lend their delight, a welcome distraction highlighting the month’s birthstone and one of the most in-demand gems overall.
My inbox was downright dominated by diamonds, but peppered with a number of irresistible recommendations for Mother’s Day shoppers (anything with the word mama has me completely sold), and a few pearls here and there, no doubt readying for summer shoppers seeking the perfect accessory for graduations, weddings, and the like.
No matter how April found you, it was still a good one for jewelry, with plenty of highs for the magpie in us all. Below, some favorite jewels from my inbox this April.
