Jewelry Trends for 2015: These Necklaces Get Noticed

Another year, another list of trends to stay on top of! Join JCK senior editor Jennifer Heebner and me as we show you the best jewels to stock this year, from her 2015 list of 12 trends to follow.

Trend No. 12: Statement Necklaces

We’ve made it to the last trend! The name statement necklace may be a bit deceiving, because it isn’t so much the necklace itself that makes a statement, it’s the way it is worn. Sure, there are those that are a statement on their own: exhibit A, the Le Vian stunner below. But there are lots of other ways that you can help your customers to make a statement of their own. Pile on layers of thin chains and charms, dive into the ’90s-era chokers to go along with those overalls (I’m wearing mine, are you?), wear long chains strung with sparkling baubles. It’s all about presentation. For the best ingredients, see five of my favorites below.
