Trend No. 8: Colored Diamonds

Whether they’re worn as engagement rings or fashionably stacked, colored diamonds (natural or treated) continue to intrigue and impress. From the sweet Chocolate Diamonds from Le Vian to the fabulous yellow I blame celebs for popularizing, and the color I’m currently coveting most—a light-as-air ballerina pink—fancy diamonds won’t overtake the traditional colorless, but they might try (and we might let them). Though brown diamonds are typically marketed in different ways due to the nature that no one loves the term brown (I still don’t see why not, it’s a highly underrated color), I’m not afraid to admit that I’m a sucker for anything labeled champagne, because not only is it a beautiful shade, it’s ya know…champagne. Look to brands like the aforementioned Le Vian, and the great folks at Leibish & Co. to serve up some sensational finds. Here are just a few.
