Female Owner Fires Shots at Suspected Robbers

Garden Grove, Calif. On Aug. 2, the 65-year-old female owner of Continental Jewelry fired shots at five suspects who attempted to rob her store. The masked men entered the store and demanded money. Two of the men pointed guns at employees and customers, leading the owner to shoot at them. The would-be robbers fled the scene in a SUV.

Robbers Shoot Florida Employee

Hialeah, Fla. On July 30, three armed robbers broke into the ABC Jewelry Store and injured a store employee. The trio disarmed a security guard and shot another employee in the stomach. Before fleeing the scene, they smashed display cases and stole handfuls of jewelry.

Masked Suspects Break Into Texas Store

Rosenberg, Texas. Two suspects broke into Zales Jewelry during the early morning of Aug. 4. Surveillance footage shows the two suspects wearing masks. By the time the police arrived at the scene, the robbers had already fled.
