Share

Jewelers of America (JA) has announced its annual lists of young jewelry retailers and suppliers nationwide whose innovative thinking, leadership qualities, and commitment to the jewelry community can carry the industry forward.

“We are thrilled to celebrate this year’s ‘20 Under 40′ class, an inspiring group of professionals who represent the next generation of leadership in our industry,” JA president David Bonaparte said in a statement.

The trade association introduced its 20 Under 40 program for retailers in 2022 and added suppliers in 2025. “By continuing to recognize both retailers and suppliers, the program highlights the collaboration and creativity that fuel the jewelry community,” said Bonaparte.

Honorees were selected based on their professional success, innovative thinking, leadership qualities, and dedication to the trade, said JA. Each nominee also has demonstrated an adherence to the Jewelers of America code of professional practices and the highest ethical standards.
