Jewelers of America Debuts Consumer-Facing Website

The new site has a focus on consumer education

Jewelers of America has unveiled the new, its improved website that is now consumer-facing.

The site, which aims to enforce JA’s mission of improving consumer confidence, includes customer education to prepare consumers to shop for jewelry with understanding and knowledge.

New features include: a gallery of JA members’ jewelry available to like and share; a directory of JA members’ stores; sections highlighting education and care, wedding and engagement, and gift guides and trends.

Industry resources, including education, business tips, and advocacy news, are still available at JA members can log-in for exclusive content.
