Jewelers of America has appointed Robert B. Headley, COO of JA, to both vice president and COO.
Headley joined JA in February of 2009. As COO of the company, he helped facilitate the merger with the Jewelry Information Center and helped lead JA’s legislative advocacy.
Prior to his work at JA, Headley served as vice president of technical services at Tiffany & Co. and spent eight years at Avon Products.
“Rob has been instrumental in overseeing the implementation of Jewelers of America’s strategic plan and contributing to the development and continued evolution of Jewelers of America for the future,” Matthew A. Runci, JA president & CEO, said in a statement.
