Jewelers for Children Announces 2015 Local Grants Winners

Each winning charity will receive $10,000 from JFC

Jewelers for Children has announced the winners of its 2015 Local Grants program, each of whom will receive a $10,000 grant.

Independent jewelers nominated local charities that help children, and more than 15,000 votes were cast on JFC’s Facebook page to choose the winners.

The winners, and the jewelers that nominated them, are:

—American Family Children’s Hospital, nominated by Goodman’s Jewelers in Madison, Wis.

—Camp Sunshine, nominated by Day’s Jewelers in South Portland, Maine

—Chris Lantos Foundation, nominated by Papazian Jewelry Designs in Arlington, Va.

—Gio’s Garden, nominated by Bauer Jewelry Designs in Middleton, Wis.

—Matthew’s Giving Tree Foundation, nominated by Kay Cameron Jewelers of Sayville, N.Y.

—Meeting Street, nominated by Bee Chic Boutique in South Kingstown, R.I.

—Morrow Manor, nominated by Dahlquist’s Fine Jewelry in Poulsbo, Wash.

—Pediatric Therapy Network, nominated by Daniel’s Jewelers in Los Angeles

—Something for Kelly, nominated by Cunningham Fine Jewelry & Appraisal Services in Tulsa, Okla.

—Songs of Love Foundation, nominated by Solomons Fine Jewelry in Plainview, N.Y.

JFC will send each nominating jeweler a check to present to their winning charity.
