Jewelers for Children (JFC) is now accepting nominations for the 2015 edition of its Local Grants program.
To receive one of the 10 $10,000 grants from JFC, independent jewelers are invited to nominate local charities that help children. The winning charities will be chosen by vote on JFC’s Facebook page, and the nominating jeweler will present the charity with a check.
The nomination period runs until Sept. 25. Voting will commence Oct. 5, and winners will be announced Oct. 19.
Since it was founded in 1999, JFC has donated more than $48 million to programs for children in need.
