Well, I’m certainly not surprised. Omi Privé‘s spessartite ring was a force the moment it made its debut, um, in my in-box. The fact that it garnered enough views on JCK Marketplace to be our Jewel of the Month is, quite honestly, expected. If I sound partial to this design, it’s because I am. I’m drawn to its shocking color: The 12.05 ct. spessartite center stone is practically a magnet for the eye. I’m obsessed with its twisting band and dancing lines of rubies and yellow diamonds creating a symphony of color that garners attention, even with that bandit of a center stone trying to steal the show. I’m really enthralled with the prongs—Omi Privé is damn good with prongs—which altogether gracefully and possessively clutch the center in a claw-like fashion.
