The new Jessica McCormack boutique in Costa Mesa, Calif., gives the London-based jeweler a West Coast presence with an interior design that blends its British roots with a ray of California sunshine.
The 1,600-square-foot boutique at 3333 Bristol Street, which opened Aug. 28, is part of South Coast Plaza, a luxury shopping center that is considered a California retail landmark. Nearby stores in the mall’s Jewel Court include Buccellati, Cartier, Chopard, Piaget, Harry Winston, and David Yurman.
This is Jessica McCormack’s second U.S. store; its New York City location on Madison Avenue opened in 2025. McCormack also has a standalone location and a shop inside Harrods in London.

U.S. clients made the Madison Avenue store a hotspot, but California now drives the largest volume of online orders globally, the brand said. Having brand ambassador and collaborator Zoë Kravitz make headlines with her engagement to pop superstar Harry Styles with a reported McCormack-designed engagement ring definitley helped boost the company’s name recognition.
McCormack has described her boutiques as part jewelry store and part art gallery, with an emphasis on books and antiques. She creates the overall mood of the boutiques along with architect partners at each location, incorporating hand-printed wallpapers and fabrics.
The boutiques also emphasize the brand’s Day Diamonds aesthetic, a blend of everyday jewels along with the designer’s custom pieces and new collections.
“Wearability has always been at the heart of how I design—pieces meant to be worn every day, not saved for occasions. California already knows how to do that instinctively; there’s an effortless quality to how people dress here that I’ve always admired, and that is exactly the world I want Day Diamonds to live in,” McCormack said in a statement.

To set its West Coast location apart from its other stores, McCormack chose lighter woods and a unique color palette of yellow, pink, blue, and white. One of its loveliest spaces is its fireplace room, which features bookcases and a comfortable sofa in a floral pattern with scattered throw pillows.
The more traditional display area features two seating areas for custom-design meetings as well as wooden jewelry cases. The parquet floor, cream-colored trim, and mauve walls conjure the mood of a cottage. Add in subtle lighting from flower-shape sconces and minimalist chandeliers, and the space ends up feeling more like a sitting room than a sales floor.
“We are delighted that Jessica McCormack has chosen South Coast Plaza to open her second U.S. store and first West Coast location,” Anton Segerstrom, partner at South Coast Plaza, said in a statement. “Her followers can discover the extraordinary new boutique and personal service that has made her brand so beloved.”
Later this month, Jessica McCormack is debuting a new collection, Bows. The brand has plans to open additional boutiques, including one slated for Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills sometime in 2027.
Backed by Lingotto Horizon, which is owned by the Agnelli family’s Exor holding, alongside long-standing shareholders connected to the Oppenheimer family, the brand said it grew sales 60% in 2025 and was named by Exor among the fastest-growing names in its luxury portfolio.
