Roma Jewelry Week returns to the Italian capital for its fifth edition. The event promotes the culture of contemporary, designer, and artist jewelry, as well as historic goldsmiths, with panel discussions, jewelry exhibitions, award presentations, the Incinque Open Art Monti initiative, and other elements.

Radiance and Reverie: Jewels from the Collection of Neil Lane” is now open at the Toledo Museum of Art in Ohio. The exhibition features more than 150 jewels from the private collection of the famed jewelry designer, best known for his presence on the red carpet and ABC’s The Bachelor. Lane has spent decades amassing one of the most important historic jewelry collections in the United States—now being share publicly for the first time, in an exhibition that celebrates jewelry as both art and cultural artifact.

Exhibitors will showcase antique and estate jewelry, vintage pieces, modern collections, and fine watches at the New York City Jewelry & Watch Show, taking place in the Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Organized by the Palm Beach Show Group, the NYC event—now in its ninth year—is open to both consumers and trade.

Christie’s Jewels Online: Ends Oct. 23 (online)

Christie’s Jewels Online sale concludes this week. The first auction of the autumn season features more than 150 lots of fine jewels and iconic designs from leading houses, including Cartier, David Webb, Tiffany & Co., and Van Cleef & Arpels. Viewings at Christie’s Rockefeller Center galleries are open through Oct. 22.
