In Las Vegas, the shows must (and do) go on. Luxury and JCK close Monday at the Venetian, but one glance at the events, activations, and educational sessions listed below makes clear that show organizers are saving some of the best for last. Plus, a big auction week in New York City and a jade summit on the California coast.

JCK EVENTS

Rapaport Breakfast on the State of the Diamond Industry: June 8, 8–10 a.m. PT

This year’s Rapaport Breakfast, “The Way Forward,” provides an opportunity to learn how you can develop and grow your natural diamond business. After a brief review of the current market situation, analyst Martin Rapaport and Al Cook, the CEO of De Beers Group, will have a 40-minute discussion about the future of natural diamonds. They will talk about how manufacturers, dealers, and jewelers can take advantage of new opportunities and marketing initiatives for natural diamonds. Register here.

Black in Jewelry Coalition Happy Hour: June 8, 2–3:30 p.m. PT

Join the Black in Jewelry Coalition (BIJC) for happy hour in the Design Collective Lounge. This special celebratory gathering will bring the talented jewelry designers from the BIJC Collective at JCK together with valued retail partners, sponsors, members, and supporters from across the industry to connect, network, and raise a glass to the continued growth and impact of our community.

Le Vian 2026 Red Carpet Revue: June 8, 4–7 p.m. PT

The Le Vian trend forecast begins with a red carpet in front of the Lido Ballroom on Level 3, then moves inside the ballroom for a fashion show stocked with brand-new pieces highlighting key jewelry trends for the next year.

JCK Rocks AnnouncementJCK’s signature Sunday-night event at Tao Beach & Nightclub features R&B/pop artist Jason Derulo and hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg, sponsored by Lovechild by Metal Alchemist x Gamma. Capacity is limited, but JCK Pro members and sponsors receive priority entrance (though only sponsors who arrive before the show starts are guaranteed entry).

Time With Puppies: June 8, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. PT

The puppies are back! Last year’s “Puppy Love” activation has transformed into “Time With Puppies,” a two-hour event at booth #21151 where a pack of pups will help showgoers lower their stress. Puppy Love, the group that organizes pooch-related wellness experiences, will donate 20% of proceeds to their partners at local rescues (the donation’s on JCK!).

Sotheby’s Important Watches Auction: June 10 at 10:30 a.m. ET

At its New York auction dubbed Take a Minute, Sotheby’s presents an array of curated vintage and modern timepieces along with an exceptional selection from Patek Philippe, highlighted by a collection of minute repeaters as well as “a diamond-studded platinum pocket watch that was owned—and blinged out—by famed gangster Al Capone,” writes JCK’s Rob Bates.

Composed of 105 lots, Phillips’ New York Jewels auction features signed jewels—including antique, vintage, and contemporary pieces—from renowned jewelry maisons such as Tiffany & Co., Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Chaumet, and others. A highlight of the sale is Jean Schlumberger’s Etoile de Mer (starfish) brooch for Tiffany & Co.

International Jade Summit in Monterey, Calif.: June 14

IJS promoThe inaugural International Jade Summit opens at the Monterey Bay Jade Festival in Monterey, Calif., on Saturday. The all-day event will feature educational seminars for gemologists, jewelry appraisers, and retail jewelry sales staff who want to expand their knowledge of jade and its market. Jade industry leaders scheduled to speak include Kirk Makepeace, owner of Jade West Corp—one of the largest producers and exporters of nephrite jade in the world—and an expert in Canadian nephrite jade history, geology, and value; Mary Lou Ridinger, owner of Jade Maya and the discoverer of the Guatemalan jadeite jade deposits; and Jeff Mason, owner of Mason-Kay Jade and one of the leading U.S. experts in jadeite and jade testing and valuation.
