JCK has announced that it has reached an agreement with the Plumb Club, a coalition of jewelry, diamond, and watch industry suppliers, through the year 2025. Under the agreement, the group’s branded neighborhood within the JCK Las Vegas show will remain intact, continuing through the show’s venue change—which will see it move to the Venetian and Sands Expo Center—starting in 2019. The Plumb Club has been associated with JCK for 26 years.
“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with the Plumb Club,” said JCK senior vice president Yancy Weinrich, in a press release. “We have worked closely with the group’s leadership to tailor an exhibiting experience that will benefit their members and make for an elevated shopping experience to delight our retail customers and the overall JCK community.”
In more news from the show, three-quarters of JCK’s entire exhibiting space at the Venetian and Sands Expo Center has been filled, with 18 months to go until the big move. Enticing additions like the newly announced Global Gemstone neighborhood have gained quick attention, with over 80 percent of its exhibiting booths already committed to. JCK’s LUXURY show, the high-end, exclusive partner to JCK Las Vegas, also reports that over 80 percent of its exhibiting booths are accounted for.
“As we head into 2018, we are excited to present new programs and features that will elevate the overall show experience for our customers leading into 2019,” continued Weinrich. “In addition to the thousands of new products and trends on display, the show floor has been enhanced with the addition of new neighborhoods: Estate Jewelry & Watch (in collaboration with Palm Beach Show Group), JSA Security, Retail Experience, and Lab-Grown Diamonds. Our enhanced matchmaking program, JCK Match, connects buyers with exhibitors who are new to them and will now include buying incentives for retailers to make purchases with their matches. JCK Talks will present timely education topics, along with new retailer roundtable discussions. Dozens more events and surprises are to be announced soon.”
