JBT’s Kenyon Elected President of BJC

Dione D. Kenyon, president of the Jewelers Board of Trade, was elected to serve as the 54th president of the Boston Jewelers Club.

Kenyon is the club’s first woman president, and was inducted at the organization’s 120th annual membership dinner meeting at the Union Club of Boston on Nov. 6.

“It is an honor to lead this distinguished group of industry professionals and I very much look forward to working with them to strengthen the profile of the club in the months and years ahead,” Kenyon said.

Other newly elected officers of the BJC include Ed Rigano of Stern/Leach Inc. as vice president and Sandy Brown of Association Services Ltd. as secretary/treasurer.

The Boston Jewelers Club, established 1888, is the oldest established, continuously operating club in Massachusetts. The BJC is a social club, granting membership by invitation only and is comprised of jewelry industry leaders.
