The Jewelers Board of Trade introduced Wednesday a new online platform, JBT CreditShare, that would make it easy for members to confidentially share and view an expanded set of customer payment data.
The information, supplemental to JBT credit reports, includes the ability to report on memo goods, bounced checks, returned merchandise, and cancelled orders.
This free service is currently available to all members on www.jewelersboard.com.
