Country music stars excel at bringing big to Nashville—think vocals, personalities, and jewelry—and all were larger than life at the 2013 CMA Awards on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman wore Neil Lane, as did Faith Hill and Jennifer Nettles. Singer/cohost Carrie Underwood wore nearly $8 million worth of diamonds from Johnathon Arndt during her walk on the red carpet, and then switched into Brumani colored stone earrings and ring for the ceremony. Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale attended in earrings from Joan Hornig, earrings and bangles from Dana Rebecca Designs, and rings from EF Collection. Perhaps the biggest jewelry win of the night, though? Kelly Clarkson in a pair of Jacob & Co. diamond chandelier earrings. Her GIA-certified danglers featured 30.18 cts. t.w. pear-shape and marquise-cut colorless diamonds, and beautifully balanced the star’s megawatt smile.
