Jewelers of America, which has opened its sales and management professional certification program to all eligible jewelry professionals, will hold on-site certification exams at the SMART Jewelry Show on April 12 in Chicago.
Exams—which are available for two skill levels—cover procedures, terms, and concepts that jewelry professionals encounter in their daily work.
“Earning Jewelers of America Professional Certification in sales or management can advance your career, differentiate your store, and improve your reputation with fine jewelry customers,” David J. Bonaparte, JA president and CEO, said in a statement. “Now all jewelry professionals can benefit from these nationally recognized credentials.”
