The North Carolina Jewelers Association is hosting a one-hour sales training webinar for retail jewelers for the upcoming holidays on Nov. 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The webinar, “Becoming a Closer,” will be led by author Jeffrey Gitomer and teach retailers how to better close sales. Jewelers will learn about buying signals, low-pressure sales, decisions and indecisions, and add-on sales.
The webinar is made possible by a grant from Jewelers of America through its Affinity Fund program, which is exclusively available to JA Regional Partner Associations to fund projects that have a direct and positive impact on the associations’ members.
