There was record attendance at the third edition of KGJS
2010 the jewelry trade fair in Kerala, India.
Over 10,000 trade visitors attended the show, which took
place Dec. 4–6 at the Le Meridien Convention Centre, Cochin.
The attendance reflects “the optimistic mood in the [Indian]
industry, in spite of a steep hike in gold rate,” a statement said.
For the first time Thailand exhibited some of its rare
gems and jewelry at a pavilion. There was also a fashion show and business
forum.
